Rapamycin Topical Compounding
Doyle’s Pharmacy started compounding Rapamycin (Sirolimus) topical in 2012. We compound Rapamycin cream and ointment in multiple concentrations and have done so for hundreds of patients and for two clinical trials. All compounding is done using pure (99.5+%) sirolimus powder. To ensure that our compounds do not contain inactive filler materials, Doyle’s never compounds Rapamycin Topical using crushed oral tablets.
Doyle’s Pharmacy dispenses Rapamycin Topical in a Topi-Pump (Left) that delivers a fixed measured dose or in a Push-up jar (Right) that allows the patient to control the amount dispensed per dose.
